Richmond Engel Bennah holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Adansonia Research Project at the Bocconi University – Milan, Italy. He’s also a published Author and an International Business Developer specifically in the area of building revenue models and business valuation for SMEs. With a bachelor’s degree specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School and a Certificate in Human Capital Strategy from the Institute of Business and Social Impact, Haas School of Business – University of California, Berkeley, Richmond is committed to helping early startups scale and grow through the power of storytelling (bid writing) design (data modelling and operational models), strategy and analytics.

Richmond is also a certified Civic Leader from the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI RLC – West Africa) and also possesses professional work experience in Fundraising, Analytics and Business Intelligence.

In October 2017, Richmond was nominated (together with other Ghanaian delegates) to represent Ghana at the first Commonwealth Youth Summit in Malaysia for emerging young global leaders to discuss issues on Climate Policy and Finance, Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Peace building & Global Inequality and Social Cohesion.

Richmond is currently pursuing a long term professional career in Data Science.
